I'm Dàlia Adillon, an illustrator from Barcelona currently based in Bristol, UK. As long as I can remember I have always drawn. Illustration is a language, and my means of expression and communication. Art is my passion, chocolate a weakness and nature my inspiration.
I consider myself a person with some artistic capabilities and sensibilities but, above all, hard-working, persistent and persevering. I am also curious and self-critical, which helps me to investigate, learn and evolve. I am always looking forward to new challenges!
I graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona and I obtained my Art Teacher Certification in the same university. Subsequently, I specialised in illustration at Escola Massana in Barcelona and following an education grant, I moved to Italy to continue my training at the ISIA Urbino school to carry out the final illustration project.
My work has been exhibited in Barcelona (Spain), London (United Kingdom), Rome (Italy), Brussels (Belgium), Guadalajara (Mexico), Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) and Taipei (China).
I also teach courses and workshops, all related to artistic expression.
